In this role you will use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for determining causes of operating problems in areas including but not limited to plumbing, electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources and mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs to production and mechanical equipment, machinery and components. Determine causes of operating problems, consults schematics and orders replacement parts. Performs high voltage electrical repairs (e.g. controls, relays). Install and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using electrical and electronic test equipment. May test new equipment and troubleshoots operation and makes minor adjustments to equipment. Maintains and completes all required records.
* Performs basic preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment such as motors, conveyers, mechanical components or electrical wiring and electrical components for production equipment.
* Ability to read blueprints.
* Basic troubleshooting / 3 Phase / equipment up to 600v.
* Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies production electronic components, parts, switch panels etc.
