Prospective candidates can apply on-line at: Project Manager, Construction The Project Manager shall oversee all aspects overall project planning and management for various types of construction jobs. Roles include oversight and accountability for Project Planning, Schedule, Cost Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, Effective Communications, and ensuring compliance with Campanelli Companies quality standards. REQUIREMENTS: The Project Manager must possess the following qualities Highly motivated- self-starter with 5-10 years of Project Management experience; with several years of experience in multifamily wood-frame construction. The ability to foresee, document, and mitigate potential problems before they occur (Safety, costs, quality, schedule) Professional communication skills- ability to communicate all aspects of the project to Campanelli, owners, designers, etc. through written and verbal means (email, letters, sketches, schedules, spreadsheets) Proficient in Procore, Timberline, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project Complete knowledge of the construction process from Pre-Construction to Close-out. Must demonstrate knowledge of various construction Costs, Methods, Materials and Operations. Must demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures Command of the documentation process as it relates to a project Ability to manage multiple concurrent construction projects Excellent organizational skills Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent preferred, but not required ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Project Management of all aspects of construction project from start to finish. Including Safety Quality Cost Schedule 1. Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed. 2. Manages administration of construction contracts and obtains all necessary permits and licenses. 3. Supervises Superintendent(s), reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies. 4. Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated. 5. Reports to owners and architects and Campanelli about schedule, budget, safety and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated. 6. Run weekly job meetings with sub-contractors.
