The Property Manager will execute the property business plan for the community to ensure the physical asset is well maintained and meeting financial goals for the community. The Property Manager will lead, coach and set direction for the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure excellent service is provided to our prospective residents and Carefree Living for our residents. The Property Manager is responsible for understanding and analyzing the metrics of the community and ensuring smooth operations and profitability of the asset. An idea candidate will proactively problem solve while performing the duties below. You Will: Coach, lead, and motivate the performance of all onsite associates. Ensure that CARROLL's core values are being portrayed to create a positive customer experience for but residents and associates. Continuous collaboration with Regional Property Managers and VPs. Build and maintain business relationships with ownership, while providing accurate and timely information/updates on the property successes and areas of improvement. Partner with various corporate departments to aid in success of the property including: Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, etc. Quickly handle all escalated resident inquires in empathetic manner. You Have 3 - 5 years related experience Real Estate license Experience in preparing budgets and staff management Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and application, familiarity with NAA Lease and Addendums, Fair Housing/ADA regulations and applications, OSHA, & EPA requirements for property management industry If this sounds like you: · Apply now!
