Multifamily Marketing Manager If you are a Multifamily Marketing Manager with experience, please read on! What You Will Be Doing - Help develop and execute the companys marketing plan, including advertising, strategies and tactical implementation. - Preparing and disseminating communications and instructions within the Company in advance of promotional launches and marketing initiatives. - Manage and mentor staff focused on program development & execution, content creation, & event management. - Develop programs to attract new customers, leads and grow the business. - Collaborate with acquisitions, development, and property management teams to ensure marketing plans align with market directions and support the product roadmap and releases. - Plan and execute marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness to capital partners, other developers, industry stakeholders, and future tenants. - Manage day-to-day deliverables including email campaigns, branded collateral, RFP presentations and template development, events, social media, media, articles, etc. - Analyze digital marketing data and use it to improve our online presence, engagement and to optimize our websites. - Oversee the companys public relations, internal and external communications, and corporate marketing. Advise on corporate messaging, media training, and announcement strategy. - Opportunity Identification: Leverage data and experimentation to identify the highest value opportunities for communication and partnerships to grow the brand and build awareness. - Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management. Consultants include but are not limited to partnering public relations agencies, corporate communications groups for event production, graphic design teams, etc. - Develop and manage marketing budgets across all channels. Develop and maintain the corporate marketing budget to be approved in corporate budget cycle, as well as advise on individual project marketing budget allocations. - Collaboratively determine where best to best deploy time and financial resources in order to accelerate market penetration and capture market share. What You Need for this Position - 3+ years as a Marketing Manager - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is required. - Strong processing skills with acute attention to detail is required. - Must have the ability to work independently. - Ability to multi-task and manage expectations and timelines and within budget. - Ability to negotiate commitments and to follow-up on them. - Ability to travel throughout California.
