**Essential Responsibilities:**

Wise.io is a high growth team within GE Digital whose charter is to lead the company's development of intelligent systems for the benefit of GE and its customers. Our team is comprised of repeat entrepreneurs, well known researchers, and talented developers. We are on a mission to build the world's best AI and machine learning team focused specifically on industrial applications and data.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient administrative support to a GE Digital Executive?s organization. Responsibilities will be broad and changeable in nature ranging from coordinating or leading special projects, arranging conferences through to preparing presentations. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable using technology and operating at senior levels in an organization.

The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

+ Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously; proactively engage on and see projects through to successful completion within strict deadlines

+ Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries; prepare and reconcile expense accounts

+ Process T&L expenses in accordance with GE guidelines and assist in managing expense accounts and budgets

+ Prepare communications such as organization announcements and newsletters

+ Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information

+ Use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally

+ Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications for the executive

+ Keeping org charts, seating, etc. up to date

+ Direct business contacts to appropriate managers

+ Manage conference / huddle rooms and common office areas

+ Creatively oversee the planning of internal and external team events, including community events (meet-ups, happy hours, etc)

+ Act as liaison between Wise.io and the broader GE community

+ Support general office administration

+ Work closely with team to help with the welcoming and on-boarding of new employees

+ Welcome guests as needed **Qualifications/Requirements:** **Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting executives. **Eligibility Requirements:**

+ Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Francisco, CA **Desired Characteristics:**

+ Fluent in use of GE online applications and systems including Webex, Colab, GETRes, Concur, and SSEbuy

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications

+ Superior customer service skills

+ Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
