CPC is seeking a Maintenance Technician who willwork alongside our multidisciplinary team which delivers high quality, evidenceinformed, and community-based behavioral healthcare services to our clients.

This position willbe a full-time position responsiblefor performing repairs and routine preventative maintenance on all agencyfacilities and equipment. CPC operates multiple residential and apartmentsites, along with several outpatient service delivery locations. Involves allaspects of building maintenance.

Performs room turns(painting, caulking, deep cleaning), minor plumbing and electrical, and basiccarpentry. Requires basic skills in painting, and use hand and power tools.


We currently have two positions available:

  • MaintenanceTechnician Entry Level (1): Entry level position, CPC will train. Minimum one yearexperience in performing basic preventative maintenance functions. Ability tomaster tasks after a brief period of instruction, work efficiently and safe.

  • MaintenanceTechnician Experienced (2): Requires periodic after-hours on-call emergencymaintenance response. Minimum five years of relevant experience. Ability tosuccessfully work independently, with a little or infrequent supervision. Workeffectively as part of a team, and to provide instruction to other technicians.


Job Requirements

  • Have access to hand tools for use during workinghours.
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely.
  • Some heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Undergo and pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Washington StateDriver's License, have a clean driving record, and have access to a vehicle foruse during working hours.
