We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support the team and serve customers at our site in Kent, WA. This is a 250 unit community.
Our ideal candidate is a pro-active leader and team player with affordable housing experience that includes tax credit and project based section 8 expertise. This position supports the Community Manager and a staff of 3 employees including maintenance.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as assistant manager at an on-site community of at least 150 units, supervising a team of 2 or more employees.
Generous compensation package including bonus, incentives and benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience. You are not required to reside on-site as a condition of your employment, but based on availability are welcome to participate in our wonderful Avanath Employee housing program with discounts and more.
