Minimum of 3 years experience required.

AACM or CMCA certification a plus but not a requirement.

Ability to read and understand basic P & L statement/financial statements

Ability to prepare budgets and understand budget comparisons

Willingness to attend evening Board meetings and run a meeting

Perform site inspections to enforce governing documents

Must have good organizational skills and be able to multi-task

Outgoing personality and positive attitude is a must

Preparation of bid specifications and ability to place into spread sheet form and work with vendors
