Acts as the on-site and /or Managing Agent for the administration, management, and operation of the Condominium according to established and approved Association policies, procedures, and rules and regulations; and in so doing integrates and coordinates activities of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors while responding to the needs of the community, all through the direction of the Board.
