Job Description

This role is responsible for key national account management of top U.S. multifamily builders, developers and owners. The focus is on growing and nourishing relationships with key customers, supporting large national Tyvek? users, and converting strategic targets who are not currently using DuPont products. This role leads a cross functional team (Sales, Marketing, & Technical) responsible for driving profitable revenue growth. Closely coordinates and communicates with the Tyvek? distributor network. Reports to North America Sales Manager ? Building Envelope - DuPont Protection Solutions.

Responsible for:

* Managing all aspects of our relationship with multifamily builders, developers and owners.

* Supporting distributor / DuPont programs with multifamily builders, developers and owners.

* Developing corporate multifamily builders' sales strategies nationally.

* Driving collaboration amongst DuPont and Distributor sales teams

* Executing pricing policies

* Providing pertinent marketplace input to the marketing team

* Developing and executing account plans and objectives

* Account demand forecasting

* Account management and strategic planning at all channel interfaces

* Program agreements and contract negotiations

* Products/ solutions/ service offerings as they pertain to the accounts.

* Effective and professional communication at all channel interfaces

* Gathering of case histories for use as public endorsements

* Multifamily construction work site visits

* Co-hosting plant tours / customer visits

Geographic location: Flexible - near a major airport.

* Seasoned sales professional with 5-10 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and contribution expectations in a complex selling situations.

* Experience with commercial and multi-family construction, experience working with architects, spec writers, and third-party consultants

* Bachelors Degree preferred

* Prior experience of discovering, defining, and capturing new market opportunities particularly with large national multifamily clients

* Set regional goals and assign team goals to achieve growth
