CPC is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will work alongside our multidisciplinary team which delivers high quality, evidence informed, and community-based behavioral healthcare services to our clients.

This position will be a full-time position responsible for performing repairs and routine preventative maintenance on all agency facilities and equipment. CPC operates multiple residential and apartment sites, along with several outpatient service delivery locations. Involves all aspects of building maintenance.

Performs room turns (painting, caulking, deep cleaning), minor plumbing and electrical, and basic carpentry. Requires basic skills in painting, and use hand and power tools.


We currently have two positions available:

  • Maintenance Technician Entry Level (1): Entry level position, CPC will train. Minimum one year experience in performing basic preventative maintenance functions. Ability to master tasks after a brief period of instruction, work efficiently and safe.

  • Maintenance Technician Experienced (2): Requires periodic after-hours on-call emergency maintenance response. Minimum five years of relevant experience. Ability to successfully work independently, with a little or infrequent supervision. Work effectively as part of a team, and to provide instruction to other technicians.


Job Requirements

  • Have access to hand tools for use during working hours.
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely.
  • Some heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Undergo and pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License, have a clean driving record, and have access to a vehicle for use during working hours.
