  • Must be passionate about Safety & have 3-5 years Maintenance experience

  • Knowledge of how molds are installed in he presses and removed.

  • Maintains boilers, compressors, heaters, furnaces and hydraulic units (plant equipment).

  • Repairs regulators, control valves, pre-expanders, bead tumblers, water/ steam valves.

  • Performs simple repairs on lift trucks; routine welding and burning with gas and electric.

  • Performs daily routine maintenance/inspections (PM) as required according to quality standards.

  • Assists in developing and installing new molding equipment.

  • Able to understand and complete paperwork required from maintenance daily and monthly.

  • Maintains cleanliness of work area.

  • Performs all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of quality and safety.

  • Welding experience a plus
