As a J. Alexander Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for showcasing our community and creating the best experience for our prospective and current residents. You will strive to exceed our occupancy and collections goals. You will work with our service providers and in-house technicians to help ensure they deliver excellent service to our residents. You will assist our Community Manager in administrative and bill pay tasks and will work with her to effectively manage the financial performance of this 151-unit rental community.
YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT IN SPANISH. In English, you must have excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills. Attention to detail is a must.
You must have at least one year of experience working in a leasing office, and you must be very good with internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Company Description J.
