As a Senior Maintenance Technician with Crane in our Nashua NH facility, you will play a critical role with an exciting, fast-growing organization known for innovative currency and banknote technology.   • Take the initiative and successfully complete complex tasks or projects.
  • Quickly learn and understanding the manufacturing process.
  • Support manufacturing equipment requirements in both a proactive and reactive manner.


  • HS diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred and required for management development opportunities.
  • Minimum Five years, highly prefer ten years, of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience and high troubleshooting IQ.
  • Three years of experience in a similar environment as a Lead Maintenance Technician.
  • Electro-Mechanical skills and work experience.
  • Ability and willingness to successfully handle increased responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills required; ability to read, write, keep neat & accurate records, & follow written & verbal instructions.
  • Experience with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling a plus.
