Experience Programming and Code modification, troubleshooting and repair experience in in BOTH Allen Bradley 5000 and Siemens S7 REQUIRED


  • Install and repair electrical components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, blueprints and other specifications
  • Installs power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors and programmable controllers following electrical code and blueprints
  • Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment; connects cables and wires between machines and equipment following schematic diagrams and blueprints
  • Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers and motors using proper testing equipment; repair and/or replace damaged wires and cables
  • Replaces faulty electrical components of machines such as relays, switches, motors, sensing devices
  • May diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components of machines and equipment
  • Train operators, mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high speed bottle manufacturing
  • Abide and enforce highest standards in safety and GMP's facility wide


  • Minimum 6+ years experience as an electrician in a production or manufacturing setting only
  • AA Degree or certification from an accredited vocational school
  • Experience Programming and Code modification in BOTH Allen Bradley 5000 and Siemens S7
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair various types of manufacturing equipment
  • Experience programming high speed, automated conveyance and processing lines
  • Good working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical machinery
  • Experience with RS logic and Rockwell automation
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day and night
  • Strong focus on Safety practices and procedures
  • Experience in a high volume, highly automated bottling operation highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Sidel packaging equipment preferred
