PLC repair and troubleshooting experience in Siemens S7 or Allen Bradley 5000
Electrical experience working with 480V-3 phase motors
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/ hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment at facility as required.
Minimum 2 years work experience in High Speed Manufacturing Environment
Blow molding, injection molding
Bottling, Beverage, Plastics, Packaging, Dairy, High Speed Manufacturing, Automation and Robotics
Modify, lubricate, diagnose electrical faults, and operate equipment. Maintain industrial control system.
Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
Create and report repairs at end of shift. Complete required paperwork, document parts and material usage.
Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in organization
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education: AA Degree/Vocational
