We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our office in Redmond, WA. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to attract new members and moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. Responsibilities Define and implement digital campaigns to attract talent to join our pool of collaborators Constantly expand digital marketing tools to reach out bigger audiences in our recruitment campaigns Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness Streamline and optimize existing crowd resource onboarding process Define and manage crowd reputation systems and ranking mechanism Build relationship with the online community, define and implement resource engagement initiatives to maximize resource retention and utilization Liaise with web designers developers to generate contents and develop a visually effective environment for the Company s community platform Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts and other digital marketing tools utilized in recruitment campaigns Requirements Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English Proven experience as a community manager Hands-on experience in digital media campaigns for brands Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics and to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics. Offline marketing capabilities, such as event organization, a plus.
