Maloney Properties is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to be based at a large community in the South End area of Boston, MA. Responsibilities include leasing and marketing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, reports preparation, unit inspections, accounts payable, and overall office management. Previous property management experience is required.

Skills & Requirements

Knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs is required. COS, CPO or C3P designation is a plus. Skill set includes excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
