Job Description

Responsibilities Serves as the Property Group Program Performance Analyst (PPA). Review, audit and analyze team Etool reports; Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Property Loss (PL), Corrective Action Requests (CAR), etc. Review files for correct documentation and processing, such as: PMSA Summary, Risk Assessments, Business System Analysis Summary, work papers, Property Loss investigative reports, follow up on CARS and CRR review checklist. Reviews reports to assess valid criteria for risk assessments and to verify that property administration is adequately documented and evaluated with appropriate risk level. Analyzes audit reports for clear objectives, scope and methodology from the PMSA results. Conducts periodic site visits to Group Team members in support of the Group Directory.

25% or less - Business travel is required 20% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS: In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.

To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (GS-11). Specialized experience is defined as: experience analyzing and evaluating contractor property management systems in accordance with the FAR/DFARS and other applicable regulatory, statutory, and contractual requirements; analyzing and evaluating contracts for government property requirements; adjudicating property loss cases; and performing analysis in conjunction with producing detailed reports.
