Job Description

Territory Sales - Property Management Software My Client is an expanding leader in providing comprehensive platform to serve and manage the commercial real estate and online payment platforms. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Representative to develop new business opportunities and manage/develop client relationships. The role will consist of building a strong pipeline, managing the sales cycle & closing new business leads. Ideal candidates come from a software/solution sales background with a hunter mentality. Responsibilities: Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Suggest new products/tools and features to existing customers New Business development; prospect and develop new clients & relationships Ability to initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision makers Create interest and build value by use of a multi-call process Build a strong pipeline, manage sales cycle & close new business Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the software solution Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale Develop and manage client relationships Responsible for sales and achieving revenue goals set by management Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required Min. 2+ yrs. Outside Sales experience Software/solution sales experience selling subscription based platforms required Experience targeting real estate, property managers strongly preferred SaaS platform knowledge, ability to demo product remote Sales longevity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Offering: Base Salary $60,000 - $ $100,000 - $120,000 Uncapped Commissions Full Benefits package: 401K, PTO Paid Training
