Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer including Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Two+ years progressively responsible commercial property management experience. · Acts as primary contact with Tenants; directly involved with all aspects of property operations, lease administration, and daily administrative tasks. · Performs periodic regular property inspections. Recommends and/or approves alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendor services. · Complete routine property accounting functions such as AP processing, AR reporting, and AR collection. Assist with development of annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. · Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports. · Support new tenant orientation programs and coordinates tenant-related activities. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. · Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Must be able to work independently. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
