MPV Properties is looking to expand its property management team with the addition of a Property Manager. This position is responsible for: Communication and coordination with property owners, tenants and vendors on a wide range of retail and office building management issues.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and track all service requests, tenant/vendor coordination for items including but not limited to: maintenance, life and fire safety, landscaping, HVAC, security and janitorial; Assess, direct and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance; Negotiate, manage and rebid vendor contracts for property services; Review and approve vendor invoices; Prepare annual operating budgets; Rent collections and lease enforcement; Review operating statements and prepare monthly operating reports; Shared contact for after-hours calls; Assist with special projects as required; Other tasks as assigned.
Skills Required: Provide customer service with professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity at all times; Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; Practical problem solving and interpretive ability; Ability to manage multiple projects at once; Impeccable attention to detail; Strong computer skills.
Education & Experience: Degree Preferred. 2+ years of retail and office property management experience. Ability to generate new business.
